Starter worked great

Starter worked great was a little worried when I first took of the old one and did not have the same connector as what this one had then I found the adapter to make it the same. So product was good to go.

Fast shipping, great product.

This was quite a task to replace the starter on a chevy impala 3.5L but well worth the trouble. I followed a detailed 7 minute YouTube instruction video, took many photos of the bolts and engine stuff I had to remove, and it took about 2 hours to install. Crossed my fingers, turned the key and my car started. Saved myself $200 in mechanical labor.

When I open the box the starter was damaged

When I open the box the starter was damaged. Contacted them and recieved a good one after 3 days. Hope Hexautoparts pack all the items very carefully lest they should be broken during transportation.
